KIDS MINISTRY

The purpose of Kids Ministry is to reach kids where they are with the life-transforming gospel of Jesus, see them discover who they are in Christ, and watch them grow in relationship with God. We create room for the presence of God to be experienced, purpose and gifts to be discovered, and healthy community to be established.

SAFETY

We are committed to providing a safe environment where our kids can experience God. Our volunteers undergo a vetting process exceeding national standards, and they each have a heart to pour into children from the overflow of what they have received. Our classrooms are creatively designed, child-safe environments that are equipped with security cameras. We also require our children to be checked in and out by an authorized guardian.

Children are required to be checked in, and you will need to have an account set up through KidCheck.

CLASS INFORMATION

  • 8 months-2 years

    Babies are cared for by carefully vetted volunteers who will play with them, pray with them, and teach them that God made them, God loves them, and God is good.

  • Ages 3 & 4

    Children worship, learn, and play together during service. We use the KidMo curriculum which teaches children a different Bible story every week with a specific point, like “I can share,” or “I can talk to God.”

  • Ages 5-7

    Children worship, pray, learn, and play together. We use curriculum that is written and designed by Outreach. Every week children are asked key questions to reveal truth from God’s Word.

  • Ages 8-11

    Arrows is a small-group class where questions are welcome and we search Scripture for biblical answers as a team.

    Arrows has Family Service the last Sunday of each month where students are invited to remain with their parents during service.

  • Nursing Mother & Family Rooms

    There is an open Nursing Mother’s Room on the left when you enter the Main Lobby. There is an open Family Room on the right. Service is streamed to the TVs in each room.
